MMTA STUDENT GRANT PROGRAM

MMTA’s Student Grants are intended to aid worthy students in their pursuit of MMTA/MTNA Contests and competitions, or other sponsored events.

Application accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Eligibility:

Applicant must be a student of a current MMTA member in good standing.
Applicant must meet age and residency qualifications conforming to those for the MMTA/MTNA contest of competition for which they are applying.

MMTA STUDENT GRANT PROGRAM

The amount of each Student Grant will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Application will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Student may apply for this grant in consecutive years. REQUIREMENT: Grant monies must be used directly related to MMTA/MTNA sponsored events. Specific expenses must be outlined on the application form, and may include: -collaborate pianist fees, registration fees, travel and accommodations (as in the Eastern Division or National Competitions). If for any reason, the student is unable to participate in the event listed on the application, the grant funds must be returned in full to MMTA.
